Process

From the drawings to hand-over.

1. Drawings received

   We receive the project's technical documentation: drawings, isometrics, material specifications and quality requirements.

2. Review and bill of materials

   We analyse every part, define fabrication processes and calculate material needs, lead times and logistics.

3. Itemised quotation

   We deliver a quotation broken down by items, always meeting the deadlines set by the client.

4. Fabrication and welding

   We produce in our own workshop with MIG, TIG and electrode equipment. Piece-by-piece quality control before moving to the next stage.

5. Inspection and checks

   Dimensional, visual and functional verification of every assembly.

6. Transport and on-site assembly

   We coordinate logistics, unloading and assembly at the plant. We leave everything installed and carry out commissioning.
