Industrial supports — Roinox

Industrial supports

We design, fabricate and install support structures for piping, equipment, ducting and cable trays in industrial and water-treatment plants. Every support is made to measure from the project drawings, respecting loads, span distances and dimensional tolerances.

We work with carbon steel with primer and galvanised finishes, and in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel where the environment demands it — chemical plants, food industry and corrosive atmospheres.

Industrial boilermaking

Fabrication and assembly of industrial boilermaking assemblies: manifolds, bypasses, pipe runs, flanges, reducers, expansions and special pieces. From small diameters to large-format piping, in carbon and stainless steel.

Reverse-osmosis & water-treatment plants — Roinox

Reverse-osmosis & water-treatment plants

We fabricate and install the metal elements of reverse-osmosis plants and water-treatment systems: membrane racks, skids, process lines, distribution manifolds, dedicated supports and auxiliary elements such as stairs, platforms and handrails.

Mechanical equipment — Roinox

Mechanical equipment

We build tanks, hoppers, mixers, reactors, pressure vessels and custom equipment for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and process industries. Every piece of equipment is built from the client's drawings, with rigorous dimensional control and full material traceability.

For the food industry we work exclusively in AISI 316L with sanitary finishes of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. For chemical and pharmaceutical work, we fabricate PED-certified vessels when the project requires it.

Materials & processes

Roinox adapts to every project.

Every facility has its own conditions: temperature, corrosion, loads, standards. We choose the material and welding process that best suits each situation.

Carbon steel

Structures, supports and general boilermaking.

  • HEB, HEA, IPE, UPN and angle profiles
  • Square and rectangular structural tube
  • Plate from 2 to 30 mm

AISI 304 stainless steel

For installations that demand corrosion resistance with quality finishes.

  • Pickling and passivation

AISI 316L stainless steel

For aggressive environments: contact with chlorides, acids, seawater, food and pharmaceutical industries.

  • Full material traceability

We choose the process according to material, thickness, position and quality requirements.

  • TIG (GTAW) — stainless, thin sections, root passes
  • MIG/MAG (GMAW) — carbon steel, high productivity
  • Electrode (SMAW) — difficult positions, repairs
