The work
A collector channel is a collection and conveyance element: its geometry has to match the existing installation and its welds must be clean and watertight. This assembly was fabricated to measure in stainless steel, with cutting, folding and welding carried out entirely in our workshop.

Process
We receive the project's technical documentation: drawings, isometrics, material specifications and quality requirements.
We analyse every part, define fabrication processes and calculate material needs, lead times and logistics.
We deliver a quotation broken down by items, always meeting the deadlines set by the client.
We produce in our own workshop with MIG, TIG and electrode equipment. Piece-by-piece quality control before moving to the next stage.
Dimensional, visual and functional verification of every assembly.
We coordinate logistics, unloading and assembly at the plant. We leave everything installed and carry out commissioning.
